    -Timbaland Tip - Stereo Imaging 

  

-Take a stereo sound e.g synth pad or rhodes 

-Split the track into two mono signals

-Pan one hard left, the other hard right 

-Slight delay one track by a few ms

-Can be done via midi or audio (just move the part forward)

-Or can be done by in your sequencer if it has a track delay feature (cubase does)  
-This effect should add extra shimmer to your mix
